A paradigm shift refers to a significant alteration in the concepts, practices, and worldview of how something works or is accomplished. Narrowing it down to our thoughts, we need to have that paradigm shift in our thoughts by basically altering our thoughts or changing the way we perceive a situation which can have a significant impact on how we feel. It acknowledges that our thoughts play a crucial role in shaping our emotions and reactions to various events.
When we undergo the thought paradigm shift process by adjusting our thoughts, it can lead to an improvement in our emotional state. By choosing to view things from a more positive or constructive angle, we can generate a more favorable and pleasant emotional experience.
