How can I book a session? You can call us through our Toll-Free line 080011002200 and speak with Call Center agent. They will direct you to available therapist that will attend to you instantly. And if you prepare to be scheduled the available therapist will book you for appointment. You can book your session via online channel, and if you prefer to book appointment in person you can get details of our physical location on our Contact Page.

Our official hours of operation is between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. In addition, we operate between Monday to Friday.

Yes we offer couple therapy.

No. We do not offer rehabilitation services. If we have any client cases that requires rehabilitation, we can refer to our partners for further intervention. However, we can help recovering addict through navigating their recovery.

Our services are FREE. Arogi Trauma Care Foundation is a Non-For Profit Organization. Therefore, our services are provided at absolutely no cost. No staff of Arogi or any of our partner will request from you to pay any money, either by cash, bank transfer, or check, in respect of any of any of our services that you plan to or have accessed.

All the sessions you are getting from Arogi is FREE of charge. However, the number of session that your case may require will be determined by the therapist that review your case and you will be informed accordingly during your first session.

You may need to pay money for any service you that fall outside the scope of our service. However, if we refer you to any of our partner organization you stand a chance to get price consideration based on our partnership.
