AROGI FOUNDATION OUTREACH AT THE FORCE OF GRACE MINISTRY, IKOYI- 2ND EDITION, SAT 4TH MARCH 2023.
Arogi Foundation once again gained momentum and reached another milestone in reaching out, helping and enlightening the society on how to take care of their emotional and paychological wellbeing. This time it was achieved at the Force of Grace Ministry Ikoyi, a non dominational Christian Ministry were we were invited to speak to the congregation as the church hosted the second edition of their Conference tagged; “ Marriage: Precious Alliance”
Our team was represented by Dr Adedeji,Dr Yekeen, Dr Rukkayah and Call Centre Agent Frederick Abiola Cudjoe.
Our team of experienced psychologist lectured on the topic: Emotional Challenges Among Couples in Marriage.
The Conference started by 6pm and the church was first received by Dr Adedeji who spoke on the ‘Sources of Emotional Challenges and the Factors that trigger emotional challenges” such as infidelity, unresolved past traumas and life transitions .
Dr Yekeen who was the second speaker discussed on; “Emotional Intelligence in Marriage and the Dangers involved in the Mis Management of our Emotions”.
The forty five minutes lecture which was gracefully concluded by Dr Rukkayah exposed the congregation to “The Best Ways to Cope and Deal with Emotional Challenges” where she explained the best healthy coping mechanisms in dealing with emotional challenges.
The feedback we got from the church was overwhelming as they were positively impacted by the way our team analysed this sensitive topic.
Arogi Foundation was well appreciated for turning up for the conference which was visibly seen in the gratitude expressed by the Senior Pastors of the ministry.
