Dr. Otis Ojeikhoa
President

Dr Otis Ojeikhoa was a former lecturer at the University of Calabar before venturing into the private corporate sector. Driven by dedication and commitment to work, he was appointed the country manager for KODAK Nigeria, taking the company to the cutting edge of success as a leading player in the industry at that time. Having worked in key positions with multinationals and, as a result of his sterling and excellent work culture, he rose to become the Marketing Director of Lacasera from 2011 until 2013.

Over the years, he has been a key player in the Advertising industry in Nigeria and beyond. With well over 25 years, marketing and sales experience contributed positively to the growth and development of the advertising industry, while helping to raise other key players within the industry.

Dr Otis Ojeikhoa is the MD/CEO of Brands Optimal Limited, an Experiential Marketing Plus Company. He is also a founding member of EXMAN (Experiential Marketing Association of Nigeria). He was awarded the “Marketing Personality of the year award” at the Marketing Edge Awards in 2021 as testimony and attestation to years of professionalism, hard work, dedication and commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.

He is a philanthropist at heart, a man who has the passion of reaching out to individuals suffering from emotional trauma and helping them find succor through the provision of free online counseling and physical therapy. As a visionary whose heart's desire is to give back to society. Dr Otis Ojeikhoa has selflessly extended his interest in projecting a strong CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) drive through the establishment of Arogi Trauma Care Foundation.

Arogi Trauma Care Foundation is a child of necessity that will continue to break the cycle of abuse, help people who are emotionally traumatized and give them a fresh start in life, from the family level to society at large.

Joy Amaka Tim-Ayoola
Vice President I

Joy Amaka Tim-Ayoola, an experienced sales and marketing professional, is the HOD in one of the world's leading smartphone organizations. She sits on the leadership team for West Africa. A key part of her role involves giving consumers different ways to connect and the freedom to experience exactly what they want with smart devices. Personally, she loves to take pride in impacting the lives of those that are in need within her community.

Prior to her role, Joy Amaka was the Customer Marketing Manager West Africa at SC Johnson. She is also the 1st Vice President of Ikeja Vive La Paix Lions Clubs International (Lagos District 4048). Lions Clubs International is a non-profit organization that makes an impact and overcomes challenges within communities by providing services with respect to 5 global causes: Hunger, Vision, Diabetes, Environment and Childhood Cancer.

Joy Amaka has also worked at Unilever, Nigeria for over a decade. Her experience spanned across Sales, marketing, and operations. She started her career in 2007 in an IT capability building where she trained employees of multinational organizations on how to execute their day-to-day tasks with ease using office applications and database applications.

She has MIT from the University of Lagos and professional certificates from Microsoft & Oracle. Her strong passion for problem solving geared her to team up with friends who share similar interests to kick-off the Arogi Trauma Care Foundation. A foundation that helps people with emotional, psychological, and traumatic challenges, resulting from life issues and challenges. She currently sits as an executive board member of the Arogi Trauma Care Foundation. Joy Amaka is passionate about women creating positive and strong personalities in their societies. She believes that life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans and, with God, "Nothing Is Impossible."

Adanna Anne Anyanwun
Vice President II

Adanna Anne Anyawu is a successful Sales Professional with a tenacious and proactive approach that has helped the Organizations she has worked for to rise to the top.

She has delivered multiple successful campaigns, managed large marketing budgets, and led a large team of marketers for over a decade of working in the Pharmaceutical/FMCG sector.

She possesses a wide skill-set, including interpersonal skills, critical reflection, strong communication abilities, resilience, a robust intellect and a Master of Science in Pharmacology/Toxicology.

She is presently the team lead at Navidre Nig. Ltd, a startup aimed at wholesale and modern trade redistribution of FMCGs/over-the-counter medicines.

Adanna's transferrable skills and experience will come in handy to mirror her ambition and desire to make a difference and help more people live successfully.

Her passion for helping people live a productive life beyond their challenges endeared her to be a part of Arogi Trauma Care Foundation, serving as the vice president of operations; a foundation that caters to emotionally traumatizes people.

Odusanya Adedeji A.
Program Manager

Odusanya Adedeji A., is a Licensed & Certified Clinical Psychologist whose domain of expertise cuts across management of specific mental health issues such as PTSD, Anxiety and Anxiety related disorders, Substance Use Disorder, Depression, Psychological Assessments, Marital Conflict Resolution, and Wellness Coaching. He is a B.Sc, M.Sc Psychology Certificate holder.

He has worked with various reputable mental health outfits in Lagos state, Nigeria, such as Family Wellness Psychological Center, Mental Health Compass, Hakron Specialist Care Hospital, in his capacity as a Clinical Psychologist.

It is no surprise that he now works in an outfit which rewards him for managing mental well-being of people; helping them realize their health potential and goals.

Taiwo Adeleke
Clinical Psychologist (B.Sc, M.Sc)

Taiwo Adeleke is a clinical psychologist who has a specialty in a number of areas of psychological practice. He has valuable experience in Substance Use Rehabilitation and has also worked with individuals receiving treatment for various forms of psychotic disorders. He has a special interest in managing psychological distress in people receiving treatment for chronic diseases such as cancer. He is a B.Sc, M.Sc Psychology Certificate holder, and currently pursuing his Ph.D with a specific interest in psycho-oncology. He has a knack for research and is also a very skilled writer.

He loves listening to smooth Jazz/Afrocentric music and in his spare time, you would find him reading some good piece of African literature. He is also an ardent sports enthusiast with an exceptional love for athletics.

Abimbola Omotoso
Clinical Psychologist (B.Sc, M.Sc)

Abimbola Omotoso is a seasoned and licensed Clinical Psychologist boasting over 5 years of diverse experience in private and government mental health facilities, as well as rehabilitation centers.

Proficient in individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, she specializes in treating various psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, and schizophrenia.

A dedicated member of the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP), Abimbola serves as the principal Clinical Psychologist at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex (OAUTHC).

Alongside her role, she operates a successful virtual and physical private practice. Abimbola frequently collaborates with esteemed professionals both domestically and internationally, establishing herself as a trusted guide in the pursuit of mental wellness.

Itunu Oluwafikayo Onifade
Developmental Psychologist (B.Sc, M.Sc)

Itunuoluwa Onifade is an accomplished Developmental Psychologist and Substance Abuse Case Manager with over five years of professional experience. She currently works with Arogi Trauma Care Foundation as a therapist. She has worked as a Facility Manager and Lead Psychologist at A & D Referral Services Center, a prominent drug rehabilitation facility, where she has successfully managed more than 2,000 clients struggling with substance and alcohol addiction. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices to ensure effective recovery.

With specialized training through the Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Program, specifically in the Universal Treatment Curriculum for Substance Use Disorder (UTC), Itunuoluwa is equipped to deliver high-quality care and support for individuals battling addiction.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Ibadan, providing her with a robust foundation in psychological development and addiction therapy. Her professional expertise extends to holistic family life therapy, where she is committed to reducing dysfunction and fostering healthier family dynamics, especially for families dealing with addiction and associated psychological disorders such as depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and anxiety.

In addition to her clinical work, Itunuoluwa is an active advocate for mental health and family life education. She has hosted numerous conferences and online sessions focused on family life preparation and mental health, offering guidance to diverse audiences. Her dedication to these causes has made her a sought-after speaker on platforms addressing these issues.

In her personal life, Itunuoluwa is married with two children. Her passion for family dynamics, both professionally and personally, underscores her commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.

Dr Ogundoyin Oluwaseun is a seasoned clinical psychologist, having cut his academic and professional teeth from the Premier University, as well as prestigious organizations. Currently, he works with Arogi Trauma Care Foundation in providing succor to all categories of individuals with varying degrees of emotional, mental and traumatic issues. Dr Ogundoyin has professional certifications with MCAN, MPSN, MAPROCON. He enjoys music, and sport.

Academic Qualification: B.Sc (Counseling Psychology), M.Sc (Remedial and Reformatory Psychology), Ph.D (Clinical Psychology).

Yekeen Omolola Kikelomo

Yekeen Omolola Kikelomo is a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong background in psychology. As a proud member of the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP), she actively contributes to the advancement of the field. In addition, she is involved with PRALARG INT’L, an organization focused on the rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals in the prison system.

Her commitment to mental health extends further through her membership in the Mental Health Student Initiative (MHSI – OAU chapter). Through these affiliations, she continuously enhances her knowledge and skills to better serve the community.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in various hobbies. She has a profound love for traveling, as it allows her to explore different cultures and broaden her perspectives. Music has always been a significant part of her life, and she finds solace in listening to diverse genres. Reading and conducting research are also among her passions, as they help her stay informed and continuously grow intellectually.

Grace Balogun
Clinical Psychologist (B.Sc, M.Sc)

Grace Balogun is a licensed clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and sexual assault trauma therapist. She is a co-founder of Ten Times Better Consulting (TTB).

She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ibadan. She is a trained and certified sexual assault trauma counsellor by the British Council. She holds a certificate in child and adolescent mental health from the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital in Yaba, Lagos. She is also a substance use disorder professional and addiction recovery counselor.

She is a mental health advocate whose passion is to help children, teenagers and adults with a history of abuse and other traumatic experiences, and as a result, she has been featured severely on the radio, social media platforms, schools, correctional homes, religious and corporate organizations, as well as participating in one on one outreaches for mental health awareness. She is a passionate advocate for the overall psychological wellbeing of the female gender, especially young girls.

She volunteered with the Lagos State COVID-19 Psychosocial Response Team to support the fight against the deadly virus in Nigeria. She equally volunteers as a counsellor at Daystar Christian Center, and she is an alumna of Daystar Leadership Academy.

She has worked with several NGOs, joining forces with them to improve the wellness and quality of life of Nigerians through advocacy, psychological assessments, and interventions.

She has expertise in the use of major psychological assessment tools, including some projective tests.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), and the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP).

Grace currently works at the AROGI Trauma Care Foundation as a clinical psychologist.

She has over 7 years of work experience in the field, attending to mental and behavioural issues as well as issues surrounding sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).
